How did everyone’s weekend go?! I finally went and got my nails done! So I figured I would post the aftermath of it.
I probably wouldn’t get another manicure again though unless it was a gel or a pedicure.
I choose Essie Decadent Diva and I love it! After the first coats, I thought what the heck was I thinking?! But after 2 more coats, it looked like the bottle. It’s a dark brown with a hint of red.
What do you guys think?!

I’m finally back on track for Mani Mondays! 😀
This week, I’m wearing Julie G “Elegant Edge” that I purchased from 99. Cent Only Store. This is probably one of my favorite wine colors of all time, which is funny because I’ve been looking for a favorite wine color recently and all the other colors I had didn’t feel like a true wine color.
This usually is sold at Rite Aid for about $4 but I found this at the dollar store and only paid .99 cents. We all know I”m probably going to go back and look for more shades! lol
What do you guys think? Have you found any good deals lately?

I feel like I haven’t done a Mani Monday in forever. I scored this polish at the 99 cent store for only $1.99! Who would have thought you can find drugstore brands at the dollar store!
I’m wearing the Revlon ColorStay in the shade Sunburst. It’s a jelly type texture while I had to do a few layers for it to come out like that! The top coat on the middle finger is SinfulColor “Frenzy”.
What do you guys think?! 🙂 What’s your opinion about jelly polishes?

Another great place to find discounted cosmetics is Big Lots and the 99 cent stores! I went in the 99 cent store and found 2 Revlon ColorStay Nail Polishes for only $1.49 each! Of course I had to purchase it. :-p
Today I’m wearing Revlon ColorStay Nail Polish in the shade 190 Spanish Moss. It’s really similar to the Loreal Safari Chic. Although I like this one better just because I only had to use 2 coats. It’s basically a mossy green and I love this shade!
What do you guys think? Ever found or purchased a nail polish for really cheap? 🙂

I am definitely loving the new spring nail polishes coming out! I found this Wet n Wild nail polish in the shade 218A I need a Refresh-Mint. It’s such a beautiful baby blue teal color great for spring and Easter. It’s a very bright color which I love! I scored this nail polish at CVS for only $1.99 which is a very good deal! I love this type of polish just because the brush is ideally round and bigger than most brushes.

My nails this week is the Revlon ColorStay Gel Envy in 600 Queen of Hearts and the top coat is the Revlon Colorstay Gel Envy Diamond. I love Queen of Hearts! It’s a deep cream red that has a little sparkle in the bottle but when I apply it on my nails, not so much on the sparkles. I’ve been looking for a ruby red that’s drugstore worthy.

I’m going back to my Hunger Games themed nail polishes from CoverGirl because I wanted some glitter! lol
Here I’m wearing the CoverGirl Outlast Stay Brilliant Glosstinis in the shade 635 Scalding Emerald. This shade is more on the sheer side and to get this tone, I had to add 3 layers to it. 3 Layers! It doesn’t look as emerald as you would think but I personally like it. It has a mixture of gold and green specks of glitter. You can use it for a cute glittery top coat or just by itself. Either way, it’s a pretty color to wear especially during the holidays.

It’s a little gloomy in LA right now, so I thought I would brighten up the mood with this bright metallic blue polish that smells like blueberries! This was in the Color Club Scented Nail Polish set I got from the ISSE 2015 in Long Beach two months ago.
The scent to me personally reminds me of a blueberry scent of a hookah. I think I’m loving this set just because the scents reminds me of hookah flavors. :p

I have a guilty confession to make… I haven’t bought nail polishes in awhile and it’s kililing me! lol the last thing I bought nail wise was a basecoat. (That’s for another blog post)
So as I was going through my nail polish pile trying to find a polish I haven’t blogged about yet and I found a pretty shiny metallic purple that is a little bright.
It’s the NYC Color Minute 247 Prince Street and for the accent nail I used the CoverGirl Scalding Emerald which is from the Hunger Games limited edition. I love using these polishes for an accent nail.

I’ve really been into the Revlon ColorStay Gel Envy polishes at the drugstores. I only have 2 colors at this point but boy do I plan to buy some more! lol
The color I’m wearing is called 460 Hold ‘Em and it’s a beautiful medium cream mauve shade and when you top it with the Diamond Top Coat, it works wonders! It really does give you a strong shine to your colors even if you don’t use it on a Revlon ColorStay Gel Envy polish.
