Influenster’s Frosty VoxBox Review

Hi Loves!

Hope you all are enjoying your Wednesday.

I was lucky enough to get picked this time for the Frosty VoxBox from Influenster. It’s been awhile since they sent me a VoxBox.

This Frosty Voxbox included:

frostbox

*No7 Protect & Perfect Intense ADVANCED Sachet (Full Sized: $29.99)

A clinical proven serum that is more effective at reducing the appearance of deep lines and wrinkles for younger looking skin in two weeks. You can purchase this at Target. It also came in with a $2 off coupon.

*NYC Expert Last Lip Color in Sugar Plum ($1.99)

There’s at least 20 different shades and it lasts up to 6 hours and is very moisturizing. Personally, I’m not a fan of Sugar Plum shade just because it doesn’t really show on me.

*Celestial Seasonings Candy Cane Lane Decaf Green Tea

It came with two green tea bags and it has a interesting taste actually. It’s made with finest green tea leaves, peppermint and other botanicals. I’ll find a way to make a relaxing hot drink with it since it’s been cold for the past two days in SoCal!

*EcoTools Hair Brush ($10.99)

There are five different types of brush head shapes that belong to the EcoTools Hair Brush line. I received the Full Volume Styler. It’s ultra comfort, and has a lightweight design which creates gorgeous volume and style. It distributes hair’s natural moisturizers for ultimate shine  while it nurtures hair and scalp.

*Rimmel Gentle Eye Makeup Remover ($7.49)

It gently removes all eye makeup including long wearing mascara without any oily residue. It really works wonders especially when removing a smokey eye look.

*Rimmel Scandaleyes Waterproof Kohl Kajal Eyeliner ($4.49)

This eyeliner is ultra smooth and has a creamy formula that easily glides. The shade I received is 001 Black. I personally am not really a fan unless I lightly heat up the liner before I use it.

*McCormick Gourmet Thyme ($4.79)

It has a light minty flavor that is distinctively warm and aromatic. It can be used in breakfast casseroles, hearty soups, stews, stuffing and oven-roasted chicken. I personally am going to use this for a Greek Yogurt Ranch dressing and a Mixed Greens Lasagna.

*Fruit Vines Bites ($1.28-$1.79)

They are a new, soft, chewy fruit candy from the Red Vines family and it comes with two available flavors: strawberry and cherry. They are low far and made with no preservatives. It comes in three different sizes: 2oz single bag, a 5 oz hanging bag and a 10 oz resealable stand up bag and can be found at Walmart, Walgreens, Target and Rite Aid. I got the cherry flavor and since I’m not a cherry fan, I may give it to my sister. lol

Massive CVS Beauty Haul

Hey Loves,

I hope everyone is doing great in this winter-ish weather. Brr it’s been freezing lately!

I went to CVS Pharmacy a few days back and I think I may have done quite some damage. haha :p

They have this end of the year sale on clearance, ranging from 25%, 50% or 75% off some beauty products. Every store varies, so I would check out a few of them.

They also had a sale where if you buy $20 worth of makeup from ANY Rimmel,  Maybelline,Physicians Formula and  CoverGirl Face, Eyes or Outlast Nail.

When you buy $10 or more on Revlon, you get $4 back in ExtraCare bucks.

Let’s just say I took advantage of everything that I liked!

cvs haul

The Essence of Beauty cleansing sponges were 75% off while the original price was $4.79 and I only paid $1.19 so I bought 2.

Some of the Covergirl Outlast Nail glosses were 50% which isn’t a bad deal. I got “Out of the Blue 295” and “Always Autumn 260”. Both are pretty colors and they last long! They were originally $5.99 and I only paid $2.99.

I then got the CoverGirl Flamed Out Shadow Pencil in “Lime Green Flame 315” and the CoverGirl Flamed Out Shadow Pot in “Lime Light 310”. I had a coupon that was $4.50 off 2 CoverGirl Eyes. You could find the same coupon in a few magazines. The total of those together with the coupon was $7.98. Not bad at all!

Then there was the Maybelline Limited Edition Shimmer Blush in ” 110 Plum Shimmer. I paid $8.99 for this one. It’s price was pretty steep but then again I do enjoy these limited edition products.

So because I had bought over $20 worth of Maybelline and CoverGirl, I got to choose a free tote bag. It was either between a black tote with big white polka dots or a black tote with leopard print. When I first saw this in the ad, I thought it was a cheap small tote, but when I saw it in person I knew I’d love it. This is what I picked.

Lastly I had to get a new foundation since the one I had didn’t do its job, so I got the Revlon ColorStay Foundation for Normal/Dry Skin in the shade “320 True Beige”. I paid $12.99 for it but I did get $4 dollars back so yaay!

I’d say this is was an eventful week for CVS and their deals! 🙂 I honestly can’t wait till I look at the other CVS stores and see their variety!
