DIY Scarf Organizer

Hey loves!

I thought of changing up my recent posts since I’ve been mostly doing hauls. I was doing some spring cleaning and didn’t like how my scarves were just dangling in the closet, while they could fall and I would misplace them. That’s never a good thing. So I went on Pinterest and found a clever and easy way of making a scarf organizer.

Things You Need:

*A hanger

*shower curtain rings. I got mine from Dollar Tree.

shower rings

*and of course the scarves! lol

How-To:

1. Open up the shower curtain rings and place scarf in them. You could either fold it twice to make it shorter, or not fold it.

2. After you place the scarves in the rings, you put the rings into the bottom part of the hanger.

Voila! This is the end-product!

In case anyone would like to know where I got these scarves from:

*striped infinity scarf: mark. (used to be a sister store to Avon before they merged together)

*knitted pattern infinity scarf: Walmart

*One sided plaid/other side flowers infinity scarf: H&M

*Burberry knockoff: Bargain store ( something like a .99c store)

* Cream scarf with dots: Target

What did you think?! It’s a first DIY post and I hope to do more like this soon. 🙂

PS. I updated my watermark finally and I’m loving it. What’s your opinion?!

Skyline Blue meets Navy Narcissist

“Your willingness to break out of the old patterns means you’re well on your way toward realizing a whole new you.” -Scott Barnes

Hey Everyone, hope everyone is having a great weekend!

So I was doing my nails a few days ago using the New York Color (NYC) long lasting nail enamel in Skyline Blue. But the next day, there were a few chips in there. No one ever like those, right? Well I figured I’d try to cover it up so I tried this idea out.

I used a Maybelline Color Show Metallics in Navy Narcissist which is a dark metallic-ally sparkly blue.

I basically used a cuticle stick to place some of the polish from the brush to the cuticle stick. I tried to use the pointy part but it didn’t work that great so I tried using the side of it and this is what it became!!

Not bad for a first time try. 🙂

Skyline Blue is a light pastel blue with a little bit of white glitter. This is one of my favorite NYC colors I love to use in the summer.
