It’s a dietary supplement and it has 60 capsules and the suggested use is taking two (2) capsules daily.
I personally have one capsule in the morning 30 minutes before I eat and another one in the afternoon 30 minutes before my dinner. That way it curbs my appetite and I’m not prone to snacking more. At points, I even forgot to ate my meals! lol
Slender Cleanse Advanced

It’s a dietary supplement as well and has 60 tablets.
I’m supposed to take two (2) tablets in the morning with the first meal. If your stomach can tolerate it, take 2 tablets in the morning and 2 tablets before your last meal daily. Do not take for more than 15 days continually. It should only be used for 15 days. For optimal cleansing, use Slender only once every eight (8) weeks. This actually did work for me! When I took my first tablet, I used the restroom quite a bit that day. (Sorry if that’s tmi) But this really does help your stomach and it does detoxify your body.
In my opinion, this diet kit would work more easily for me if I did work out. but hey, it does work its magic. They both curbed my appetite. I look forward to trying out more products from this company!
